Pastry Chef Daniel Rosales can design any custom cake you desire for your special occasion at Cathedral Italian Bistro! Prices vary widely from standard icing designs, to fondant accents, hand painted details, and sculpted cakes. If you have a photo of a cake design you are looking for, feel free to email it to Chef Daniel for a quote. Please be sure to include the date & time of your reservation, number of cake servings needed, and cake flavor, and we will be happy to get back to you with a price quote.
We require AT LEAST a 72 Hour notice for any and all cake orders, but recommend a 7-10 day notice to ensure Chef Daniel can create exactly what you want with your cake.

Payment in full for any cake order will be due immediately upon finalizing order confirmation details, NOT upon your reservation. Cake orders will not be booked until full payment is received. Receipts will be emailed upon payment. No refunds.
Outside cakes are allowed to be brought into the restaurant, but will be charged a cake cutting fee of $3/slice. There is no cake cutting fee if you order your cake directly from Cathedral Italian Bistro.
